As you well know the only way possible to us to organize this event is the selffinancing and to rely on the Centro Sociale Rivolta.Regarding this edition of the Torneo del Bae/Alerta Cup we've choosen not to ask money for the team's registrations,so the immigrant's team we've invited would find it easier to partecipate. On the other side, to the commitment taken in organizing the event, we've opted for a one-ticket dedicated to every single attending at the 2 days meeting/tournament.
The ticket is of € 35.
Ticket's inclusive of:
1 bed site (in the dormitory or for camping) at Centro Sociale Rivolta(2 days valid),1 ticket for the shuttle from Rivolta to Zelarino Sporting Center and viceversa(2 days validity),2 entries at Rivolta for the concerts of Friday and Saturday and 2 vouchers for the Social dinners of Friday and Saturday at Rivolta.
Ticket does not include:
Lunc and drinks prepared at zelarino Sporting Center,and eventual use of public transport from and to Rivolta and Zelarino Sporting Center.
Every group should organize itself for arrival and departings from Centro Sociale Rivolta following the indications see below about where we are and how to arrive. We ask the group partecipants to agree to the one ticket formula to make easier the preparations of the event and moreover to mail at torneodelbae@gmail.com how many people you'd come,how many days you'll stay,the name of your team(if playing the tournament) and to collect the ticket's amount for your arrival. It'll be possible to enter every single events of course(Concerts,Dinners,
GROUP'S DINNERS
Social Dinners would be organized for friday(june the 3rd) and saturday(june the 4th) at Rivolta and as we would rely on a catering service we ask you to mail at torneodelbae@gmail.com yor numbers and state how many vegetarias,vegan would partecipate.
SLEEPING AND CAMPING AT RIVOLTA
There 'll be possible camping and a dormitory is available inside Rivolta for a total of 200 people.Once over this number we would find place in one camping close by.We ask you to mail at torneodelbae@gmail.com your numbers regarding how many of you are stayng over,how many tents you'll get and how many having it not choose to sleep in the dormitory.We could not supply tent n or sleeping bag so we ask you to bring-when possible-them yourselves.To partecipants we also ask to use showers at Zelarino Sporting Center because at Rivolta we don't have showers available (toilets and bathroom are but NOT SHOWERS...sorry...).
